Agreement to Terms By purchasing services from The Dig Studios, using our website, or working with us on a project, you agree to these Terms of Service. 2. Services Provided The Dig Studios provides digital services including website design, website hosting, SEO, social media support, reputation management, branding, digital strategy, and tech integration services. Your specific services, pricing, and deliverables will be based on the package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement provided to you. Our website services may include professional site design, content and copywriting, stock photography, domain connection, SEO setup, cloud hosting, SSL certificates, mobile optimization, and website updates. Our tech integration services may include audio/video installation, networking and IT installation, surveillance systems, livestream installation, and related support. 3. Pricing and Payment Website packages, setup fees, monthly hosting/service fees, add-ons, and tech integration pricing are listed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Current public pricing includes website design and hosting plans, add-on services, and project-based tech integration services. Payment is required according to the invoice, proposal, subscription, or agreement provided. Monthly website plans must remain active for the website to remain live. 3a. Late Payment and Non-Payment Invoices are due on the date stated on the invoice. Website build invoices must be paid in full before design work begins, and the first month of hosting is billed together with the build. Monthly plan payments are due on the same day each month. An invoice is considered late if it is not paid within 7 days of its due date. Late invoices may be charged a late fee of $25, to the extent permitted by law. If a monthly plan payment is more than 14 days past due, The Dig Studios will attempt to contact the client at least once by email, phone, or text. If payment is still not received, the website and any related services (hosting, email, updates, SEO, and social media support) may be suspended and the website may be taken offline without further notice. Suspended websites are retained for 30 days from the date of suspension. If the account is not brought current within that time, the website, its content, and any associated files may be permanently deleted and the client's plan terminated. The Dig Studios is not responsible for lost content, lost traffic, lost leads, lost sales, or any other loss resulting from suspension or deletion due to non-payment. To restore a suspended website, the client must pay the full outstanding balance, any applicable late fees, and a reinstatement fee of $50. Restoring a deleted website, if possible, may require a new build at current pricing. Cancellation, suspension, or termination does not cancel any balance already owed.
