The Dig Studios Last Updated: January 1, 2026 1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing services from The Dig Studios, using our website, or working with us on a project, you agree to these Terms of Service. 2. Services Provided
The Dig Studios provides digital services including website design, website hosting, SEO, social media support, reputation management, branding, digital strategy, and tech integration services. Your specific services, pricing, and deliverables will be based on the package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement provided to you.

Our website services may include professional site design, content and copywriting, stock photography, domain connection, SEO setup, cloud hosting, SSL certificates, mobile optimization, and website updates. Our tech integration services may include audio/video installation, networking and IT installation, surveillance systems, livestream installation, and related support. 3. Pricing and Payment
Website packages, setup fees, monthly hosting/service fees, add‒ons, and tech integration pricing are listed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Current public pricing includes website design and hosting plans, add‒on services, and project‒based tech integration services.

Payment is required according to the invoice, proposal, subscription, or agreement provided. Monthly website plans must remain active for the website to remain live. 4. Website Ownership and Platform Access
Websites built by The Dig Studios may be created on a proprietary platform or managed system. Because of this, the website is accessible only while the client remains on an active paid plan. If a client cancels service, the designed website cannot simply be transferred to another company or hosting provider unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clients retain ownership of their business name, logo, provided content, photos, and other materials they supply to The Dig Studios. 5. Website Updates and Maintenance
Monthly hosting plans include up to one hour of free website edits and updates per month. Additional edits, updates, repairs, rebuilds, custom requests, or work beyond the included time may be billed separately.

The Dig Studios reserves the right to charge additional fees for work caused by accidental deletion, client misuse, third‒party issues, or major changes outside the original project scope. 6. Cancellations
Clients may cancel at any time by contacting The Dig Studios by email, phone, or written message. There are no long‒term contracts unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments, setup fees, completed work, project deposits, or prepaid services unless agreed to in writing. 7. Refunds
Setup fees, completed design work, branding work, consulting, tech installation work, and custom services are generally non‒refundable once work has begun.

For tech integration packages, if a one‒week package is purchased, no refund is owed if the project takes fewer than five business days. Additional days or weekend work may require additional fees.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required logins, brand assets, text, images, approvals, and access needed to complete the project.

The Dig Studios is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, incorrect information, third‒party platforms, domain issues, payment delays, or unavailable client communication. 9. Third‒Party Services
Some services may rely on third‒party platforms, including domain registrars, social media platforms, Google services, hosting providers, plugins, software tools, payment processors, email services, or analytics platforms.

The Dig Studios is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, data loss, account restrictions, or service interruptions caused by third‒party providers. 10. SEO, Marketing, and Results
The Dig Studios uses best practices for SEO, marketing, reputation management, social media, and digital strategy. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, reviews, engagement, or revenue results.

Search engines, social media platforms, and advertising networks are controlled by third parties and may change their algorithms, policies, or performance at any time. 11. Hosting, Security, and Uptime
The Dig Studios provides hosting and website support for active website clients. We monitor websites and work to keep them functioning properly.

However, no hosting service can guarantee 100% uptime. The Dig Studios is not liable for downtime, service interruptions, lost sales, lost data, lost leads, or technical problems caused by third‒party providers, internet issues, cyberattacks, acts of God, or circumstances outside our control. 12. Content and Legal Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, products, services, claims, images, testimonials, medical statements, financial statements, legal statements, and business practices on their website comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The Dig Studios may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, harmful, infringing, or inconsistent with our business values. 13. Intellectual Property
The Dig Studios retains ownership of its processes, systems, templates, code, workflows, design methods, internal tools, and proprietary platform elements.

Upon full payment, clients may use the final approved branding, graphics, copy, or other deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise stated in writing. 14. Tech Integration Work
For audio/video, networking, IT, surveillance, livestream, and other tech integration services, pricing may include daily rates, weekly rates, mileage, hardware costs, software costs, and additional labor.

The client is responsible for purchasing or reimbursing hardware, software, licensing, subscriptions, cables, mounts, equipment, and other materials unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
The Dig Studios is not responsible for manufacturer defects, equipment failures, internet provider issues, returns, building limitations, electrical problems, or third‒party system changes. 15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Dig Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business, or reputational harm.

The total liability of The Dig Studios for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. 16. Termination of Service
The Dig Studios may suspend or terminate services if a client fails to pay, violates these terms, misuses services, provides unlawful content, behaves abusively, or engages in conduct that harms The Dig Studios, its systems, or its clients. 17. Changes to These Terms
The Dig Studios may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. 18. Contact
