We can give you access to your site for editing purposes. However, we include 1 hour of FREE edits and updates in our monthly hosting plans. This helps eliminate the possibility of accidental deletion of vital website data that can cause us to charge extra to rebuild.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts. Simply send us an email or call us, and we will accommodate your request.
If I do decide to cancel, can I just keep the designed site and move it to a different company?
No. Our platform is a proprietary build, meaning your site is only accessible while on a paid plan.
How fast will my site load? Is it stable?
Your site is hosted on Amazon AWS and Rackspace for blazing-fast speeds and reliable uptime. The only thing that could slow it down is your internet connection!
What happens if my site goes down?
We monitor all websites 24/7, and if there’s ever an issue, we handle it immediately. You don’t have to lift a finger.
Will my website be mobile friendly?
